Hi, I’m Caro.
Founder of Evolori | Entrepreneur, facilitator & passionate connector of people
I have always been fascinated by people. What drives us, what holds us back, what makes us come alive, and what becomes possible when we connect with the right people and ideas.
I am naturally curious, energetic and passionate about creating change. I love bringing people together, challenging conventional thinking and helping others see possibilities they might not have recognised in themselves.
My professional journey has taken me through entrepreneurship, innovation and community building. I have founded and sold a startup, led teams, supported entrepreneurs and worked alongside people developing solutions to some of our biggest environmental challenges.
Through all of it, one thing has remained constant: my belief in human potential.
But somewhere along the way, I also started asking deeper questions.
What does success really mean? Are we creating lives we genuinely love, or simply following paths we have become accustomed to? And how often do we give ourselves the space to question what we actually want?
Those questions became increasingly personal, and ultimately inspired Evolori.
I created Evolori to bring together the things I care about most: meaningful human connection, curiosity, personal growth and the freedom to live life on our own terms.
I am not here to tell anyone how to live. I want to create experiences where people feel comfortable being themselves, exploring new perspectives, having honest conversations and discovering what matters most to them.
Because I believe that when people reconnect with themselves, they do not just change their own lives. They can create a positive ripple effect in the world around them.

A LITTLE OF MY JOURNEY
Ideas become meaningful when people bring them to life.
Before creating Evolori, I founded Skoutli, a startup that was later acquired by Swimply.
I have also worked across startup acceleration, innovation programs and climate technology, helping founders develop ideas, connect with opportunities and bring meaningful solutions into the world.
Those experiences reinforced something I deeply believe: people are capable of extraordinary things when they have the right environment, encouragement and connections.
Today, I bring that experience, alongside my curiosity about human behaviour and intentional living, into everything I create through Evolori.
